CareOpair does not currently operate a backend that receives or stores the website inquiry form, interactive explorer selections, or engagement-letter entries. Those tools run in your browser. A signed PDF is generated and downloaded locally. If you choose to email CareOpair, your email app and provider—not this website—handle the message.

Scope and who we are
This notice explains how CareOpair handles information in connection with careopair.com and the interactive features available there. “CareOpair,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the CareOpair business identified on the website. This notice does not govern a client engagement, a separately agreed secure workspace, or another service covered by its own privacy terms or contract.

Information and browser-local tools
The site may involve the following information:
- Inquiry details. If you type your name, organization, work email, role, interests, or a message into the inquiry form, the current version keeps those entries only in the active browser session. Selecting the form button opens a prefilled draft in your email app; the website itself does not send the draft or store the entries in a CareOpair database. You decide whether to send it.
- Interactive explorer choices. Selected capabilities, care settings, planning assumptions, and other interactive selections are calculated in browser-local state. They are not sent to a CareOpair backend and are not persisted by this version of the site after you leave or reload the page.
- Engagement-letter details. Client name, organization, title, email, scope, fee, start date, typed signature, consent choice, and acceptance timestamp remain in browser-local state while you use the engagement studio. The site uses that information on your device to generate a PDF for download.
- Email correspondence. When you follow an email link or choose “download and prepare email,” the site opens a draft through a
mailto:link. Your browser may download the PDF first, but it cannot attach or send it. You decide whether to attach the file and send the message. Once sent, the message is processed by your email provider, CareOpair’s email provider, and their service providers under their own practices. - Basic technical data. The company that hosts and secures the site may automatically receive an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, timestamps, referring page, and similar request or security-log data.

How information is used
Browser-local data is used to display interactive results, validate required fields, prepare the engagement-letter preview, create the locally downloaded PDF, and open the optional email handoff. If you separately send CareOpair an email, CareOpair may use it to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain business records, protect the company and its users, and comply with applicable obligations.
Hosting and security providers may use technical data to deliver pages, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. CareOpair does not currently use information entered into these website tools for automated decision-making about individuals.

Security and retention limits
CareOpair aims to use safeguards appropriate to the website information it receives, but no browser, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed secure. Keep downloaded documents protected, verify recipients before sending, and do not use ordinary email for sensitive patient information. CareOpair will retain information it actually receives only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, contractual requirements, dispute handling, or legal obligations, subject to a counsel-approved retention schedule.

Do not submit PHI
This public website, its inquiry form, the engagement studio, downloaded drafts, and the ordinary email handoff are not intended to collect protected health information or other patient data. Do not enter or send patient names, medical-record numbers, clinical details, images, records, or other information that could identify a patient.
If a future consulting engagement requires CareOpair to create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI on behalf of a covered entity, the parties must first determine their legal roles, sign a separate Business Associate Agreement when required, and agree on an approved secure workflow. A BAA is not created by using this site or emailing CareOpair.

Your choices and privacy rights
You can choose not to enter information, clear or reload the page, delete a downloaded PDF, or avoid sending the prepared email. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights concerning personal information CareOpair actually holds, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or a copy, or appealing a denied request. These rights are subject to definitions, exceptions, and verification requirements and do not necessarily apply in every situation.
This business-to-business site is intended for adults acting in a professional capacity and is not directed to children under 13. The site is operated for a U.S. audience. If information is accessed from elsewhere, local requirements should be assessed with counsel before launch.

Changes to this notice
CareOpair may update this notice when the site, its vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top should be updated when a revised notice is posted. Material changes may require additional notice depending on applicable law.
